    • BREAKER DIRECTORS HAVE UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDED THAT BREAKER SHAREHOLDERS ACCEPT THE OFFER
    • OFFER CONSIDERATION IS BEST AND FINAL AND WILL NOT BE INCREASED UNLESS THERE IS A COMPETING PROPOSAL
    • RAMELIUS CURRENTLY HAS A RELEVANT INTEREST IN BREAKER OF 49.93%
