Retention and Incentive Shares
The Company will be issuing 65,000,000 shares to Latin American Resources nominees as part of Citation’s long term key personnel incentive and retention program for the successful development of the Atzam and Tortugas oil projects in Guatemala, following the drilling of Atzam #5.

I'm struggling to understand - how do they justify 65M shares to LAR nominees, for the successful development of Atzam & Totugas, following the drilling of Atzam 5 when Tortugas will not been re-entered until well after Atzam 5.

Personally, I would have preferred a profit share option for Atzam & Tortugas based on $X / bopd....but that would not have satisfied the financiers who can 'cash in' their shares. I wonder how many of these shares will actually end up in the hands of the LAR rank & file....IMO
