yes, i took 420 of the loan, its a great change in strategy to sort out funding minus direct dilution and the loans get converted at the conversion price of the next cap raise, a decent way to go from shareholders perspectives

as for 10% interest and no oppies, well, ask yourself, would you redraw your mortgage or take your savings from the bank and lend to CTR or any other high risk mining company for 10%?

I certainly wouldnt, its unsecured and if az5 blew up for instance then we lose the lot. no thanks.

i dare anyone to put their hand in their pockets on those terms.

if you are prepared to i actually have a loan document ready and i will invest it elsewhere :-)

Its a loan that finances the next couple of months and ensures plenty in the kitty for testing etc, see JKA to see what happens if you come up short.
