Brickworks Limited (ASX:BKW) released its half year figures today.
The building manufacturer reported a net profit of $117 million which was 54 per cent down for the previous corresponding period.
Brickworks chief says the Reserve Bank of Australia’s (RBA) reduction in the cash rate last year should result in a positive turnaround in building activity.
As a result the company maintains a positive outlook for the medium term.
A fully-franked interim dividend of 13.5 cents has been declared.
