I just can't understand this stock...
Small comparison I did (ignoring company sizes just for the analysis)
Woodside Petroleum - Market Cap $60.5b - Last years production - 513k BOE/d, using simple maths - they are valued at circa $0.118m per BOE/d.
Applying the same ratio (again ignoring scale differences), BRK should be valued at 1410 BOE/d x $0.118m = $166.8m!! Even if we discount for scale by say 40% (factoring in growth differences, forecast growth of 2,500/1,410 = 77%pa for BRK, there is no way that WDS can match this growth), the company should double in price... What am I missing here?
