Bathurst inherited a lot of problems at this mine when they took over from Solid, however 2 wrongs don't make a right!
Its a pity they pushed Selwyn Council too far, though Selwyn can now be blamed partially for the loss of jobs in the district, the added cost of shipping coal from Otago.
All unnecessary and bloody stupid IMO
