The costs are not only ASX related but obviously announcements require lawyers to look over them ect so they are not as simple as typing up an ann and sending it to the ASX for publication. They take time and money.
Whilst i would love to see price sensitive anns as much as the next person i also understand the reasons for not doing them.. primarily to preserve capital
