From my responses with IR I banged on this a few times.
Their stance is if it does not have a value $$ attached to it then its not reportable even if $$ will flow later.
Making in not price sensitive does not seem to work for what ever reason.
My feeling is they want to get listed on the Nasdaq their is way more capital and opportunity and they will not get any negative strikes on them by ASX to prevent that from happening. This part is more my opinion.
Sucks ass yes there have been a pile of great leads that have come public but your not hitting the target audience you need to with these.
