For the people saying "why no announcement" should go back and read September 2018 report.
Lou states that they will not announce any deal or collaboration until the other party does so first.
Also they may be still be working out manufacturing details and of cause will have to wait for the chips to be made.
Been a long journey, but I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's getting brighter.
