Broad Investments (ASX:BRO) has completed two separate acquisitions that could provide $15 million in additional turnover and be EPS accretive.

MyMac (Australia) Pty Ltd is the largest privately owned Premium Apple Reseller in Australia with four stores in Melbourne and Sydney while Monsta Industries Pty Ltd is an importer and wholesaler of Apple Accessories.

MyMac will continue to focus on its schools initiative and its repair and service offering, which is showing encouraging growth in annuity-based income and at higher margins than the retail sales provide.

Meanwhile, Monsta has commenced selling to MyMac stores at a more favourable price structure.

Broad Investments has already identified a number of acquisition targets that will enhance and complement the existing suite of businesses.

The company is already actively discussing opportunities with other Apple Resellers and associated businesses which, if they materialise, will build further value for shareholders.
