Brockman Mining Limited (ASX:BCK) has scored a win in West Australia's Supreme Court as it battles for rail access in the state.The legal challenge relates to Brockman wishing to gain access to Fortescue Metals Group Limited (ASX:FMG) railway networks.Fortescue last year contested a regulator’s decision forcing it to negotiate access to its rail line with Brockman.The state’s Supreme Court has now ruled against Fortescue’s argument and says that Brockman has made a valid proposal.Brockman now plans to pursue its plans through Western Australia’s economic regulators while Fortescue has indicated it will appeal the decision.
