- is hardly as bullish as "advanced negotiations"

If you remember negotations with BHP were "progressing" too.

Also notice that the rail deal statement is the only one under the "future outlook" banner that doesn't have a target date next to it :)

Let's hope that's because it has already happened ... we hope.
