    Also they can afford to pay a PE of 6.9 for BRS.

    Also their stock SP is now $19 closer to their low point. They need to do the deal why don't they just come good and meet the board at $1.85 shake hands and be done with it?

    Hopefully their PE goes lower for wasting time and money on a second bid if it fails. So they cave sooner....
