    $19 euros or dollars doesnt matter as it doesn't change its PE nor its SP relative to trading range.

    Anyways they can pay more and the board has indicated it needs to more $1.60 within the range to recommend.

    Its unlikely they will walk away.

    The business and expertise of Ferrovial mirrors that of BRS so this is their ideal and bread and butter acquisition.
