It's not the low ball offer, it more that the insiders knew that the team had ZERO interest of ability to ever develop the mine and were secretly hoping to flog it off.

@StarX it was always strange that they were stalling the development despite numerous funding options that were tabled and available to them. Initially blaming covid.

Then stalling it again using the inflation excuse (strangely BDC did the exact same thing before the SBM takeover).

Lastly, stalling it again to explore expansion options.

Most here are still going to be making money from the TO, however, we were essentially backed into a corner.

It's a done deal.
