This is an outrageously opportunistic bid, which I will ignore.

BRV is clearly a great takeover target and if I was going to launch a bid I would have started out low too. I can't fault them for trying.

This stock is so illiquid that buying on market in advance would not have shaken out many shares, so it makes sense to lob in a low starting bid. I'll be interested to see where it goes, but doubt that anything below say 0.45 has any chance of succeeding.
