Based on today's SP of 9.3 cents, the question for share holders eligible to take up the issue, is whether an option to buy at 10 cents at any time up to April 2025 is worth 1.4 cents. (ie 0.7 cents for each of the shares that they would have to stump up 10 cents for now, plus 0.7 cents for the difference between the current price and the option exercise price of 10 cents.) It's a tough question.
