The company had a market cap of ~150M and down to about ~40to 50M. They are raising another $15M which is probably for working capital requirements. With no revenue upshot and risks in the market this looks like final shot to keep it alive,,,,,not sure why they wouldn't take it private with 3 main shareholders....It seems to be broken business with "charity model" - heaps of revenue but no margin no profit.....I see further pain ahead when full year results come in..
