April 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Monday:
** Activist investor Jana Partners is urging the world's largest maker of silicon carbide Wolfspeed Inc WOLF.N to explore all ways to improve shareholder value, including a potential sale, according to a letter reviewed by Reuters.
** Portuguese oil company Galp Energia GALP.LS has launched the sale of half of its stake in an exploration blockoffshore Namibia where it has made a major oil discovery, three industry sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
** Data-management software firm Informatica INFA.N is not currently engaged in any discussions to be acquired, the company said, after media reports of takeover interest from Salesforce CRM.N .
** Kroger KR.N and Albertsons Cos ACI.N said that they have amended their definitive agreement with C&S Wholesale Grocers for the sale of assets in connection with their proposed merger.
** CoStar Group CSGP.O said it would buy 3D virtual tour creator Matterport MTTR.O in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $1.6 billion.
** Vista Outdoor VSTO.N said it was engaging in discussions with investment firm MNC Capital for a better deal than its all-cash offer to acquire the sporting and outdoor products maker for $3 billion.
** Saudi oil giant Aramco said it is in talks to acquire a 10% stake in China's Hengli Petrochemical 600346.SS , a deal which would further bolster Aramco's growing downstream presence in China.

** Shanghai Electric Power Company 600021.SS withdrew its offer to acquire up to 66.4% of Pakistani power company K-Electric, the manager of the offer said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
** Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund PIF has agreed to buy a 51% stake in Telecommunication Towers Company Ltd (TAWAL) from STC Group 7010.SE , paving the way for the creation of the region's largest telecom tower company, PIF and STC said.
** European investment company Permira has begun the process for the sale of its 50% stake in Asian aquatic food provider Grobest, targeting a valuation of about $1 billion for the Taiwan-based company, said three sources close to the matter.

** Blackstone BX.N made a potential offer to buy Hipgnosis Songs Fund SONG.L for about $1.5 billion, outbidding Apollo-backed Concord and triggering a takeover battle for the owner ofmusic rights by artists including Shakira and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
** U.S.-based uranium and rare earths producer Energy Fuels UUUU.A has bought a mineral sands miner with a project in Madagascar that will allow it to develop a global supply chain for rare earths.
