MELBOURNE, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Bluescope Steel (BSL) Chief Executive Paul O'Malley said on Monday the global steel glut is likely to persist for some time, even with inefficient steel plants in China being forced to shut down as the country seeks to curb pollution.
"I think we should plan for global oversupply occurring for some time," O'Malley told reporters on a conference call.
