    June 21 (Reuters) - Brierty Ltd (BYL)

    • Update on rio tinto mining contract - brierty-byl.ax
    • Its contract mining work at western turner syncline stage 2 project has been suspended
    • Brierty is working with rio tinto to address safety concerns and structure a return to operations as soon as possible
    • Under terms of contract, brierty has 14 days to respond to notice of default.
