Slog, dont forget that there will be scaling for over subs and from what I understand there is very strong suport /interest from instos who WILL take up any shortfall there fore under pinning the .05 or $1.00 sp, IMHO once the reorganisation is out of the way CEO /Drag will be a different story, there are several more chapters to the Drag book.
    Buying at these levels cum reorganisation gives a holder a guarantee of a seat on the drag bus.
