re: News: C@ to raise $28m to fund exploratio... Just becasue you buy above 5c ($1) doesnt mean you are buying at a premium.

The reasons for this-

1) You can only get a small portion of shares at 5c as one poster has already pointed out. So you CANT just dump all your shares and buy back in at 5c! You can dump at lease $2000 but haredly worth it at these prices.

2) Secondly, the $1 issue price is just that, AN ISSUE PRICE. The price post consolidation will be 20x whatever the closing price on the 17th of Novemebr is and NOT $1 (unless the closing price is 5c). It could be more it could be less. Just becasue a company issues shares at a discuont doesnt mean the shares trade at that price. This is basic capital raising stuff!

I gauge that there is no interest due to the lack of buying over the previous weeks, not just today.
