1.93b shares at $0.001 capitalises CAD at less than $2m. The last quarter shows $300k in the bank, they have a quality project that has a resource and blue sky potential and a new MD with a strong track record for delivering for shareholders. Plenty of value for me.
The POS deal failed yes. The directors gave it their best and the market went against them. Silver Swan is an amazing asset so worth a go.
What do you want the directors to do?
Buying a quality asset like Pardoo (which has changed hands at more than $10m in better times) for as you put it - worthless paper - good deal. Raising money, bringing in Steve - they're doing the best to add value. I understand if you have lost money in the past but why don't you give them a go with the new team.
Pos is gone, if there was a smell it has gone too.
