Probably someone offered to sell some shares off-market and Steve bought them. Who knows the reason? To be polite and not smash the stock (0.001 offered never a good look) or to get Steve set in a holding? The stock has been hard to buy until recently.
MC - welcome, thrilled to see you a holder now. I wish I had some spare money to buy more. What an opportunity.
As for consolidations - I see no need in the short term. CAD only capped at $2m- $3m and Steve has got stocks to $100m market cap type thing.
