Hi Pablo,
I was responding to your post as it’s actually great business to me. By my calculations, the whole $3.5m would’ve been paid in the first year of production (2022). By removing that, they’ve freed up another $3.5m in cashflow in the first year. As we have seen from other less well run companies, that’s when hiccups can turn disastrous. To me, they’ve taken another small prudent step in derisking the project.
