The 40 cent peak was late 2020, which may have included a change in CEO enthusiasm of the market. But mostly related to a rising tide that pushed a lot of crap higher.
Covid is an easy scapegoat but CAJ share price has not gone anywhere since early 2020, that's on the current management. Most if not all medical businesses have pushed beyond a covid narrative as a reason for underperformance.
