    April 21 (Reuters) - Capitol Health Ltd (CAJ) :

    • 4-year senior unsecured notes
    • Says will undertake a 4-year senior unsecured notes offering to raise up to A$50 million
    • Transaction will not increase group's net debt (beyond transaction costs) and

      will result in a comparable reduction in drawn bank net debt
