    Campbell Brothers Limited (ASX:CPB) has announced the retirement of its Chairman Geoff McGrath from its board effective immediately.



    Mr McGrath was appointed a director of the company in 2003.



    At its annual general meeting yesterday, the chemicals company warned its earnings growth was expected to slow in the second half of its financial year. 

     


    Campbell Brothers generated a net profit of $224.7 million for the six months to the end of March this year.
