I think its looking more likely that CAN will need some form of emergency dilutive funding soon as they have not made an announcement about securing debt funding yet.
At the end 2019, they had about $8M left in the bank and they predicted they would spend around $6M in the Jan-Mar Quarter.
So i would imagine they would have the following balance sheet:
$2M Cash Mildura facility owned freehold and the associated P and E 2x other leased cultivation facilities with licenses Goodwill associated with brand ASX-listed Shell Value
No patented drug assets No income producing assets No crop harvest of significant value
IMHO, I would estimate net tangible value around the $15-20M mark.
