But I feel positive about a UK listing. A lot of overseas holders sold out on the high AUD, carbon and MRRT taxes ... TS may capture these investors again by offering them CFE without these taxes (assets being in Africa) and now cheaper Euro/pounds.

What I did not like is the missing explanation as to why we need the UK listing. Where is TS planning to spend that money? How much is he planning to raise?

TS has been a great MD so far (compare him to Nick Curtis and the Forge episode - sorry could not resist). In TS I trust as I invest my hard earned $$$ in CFE.

If we all agree that CFE is a great company, we won't be having this balanced discussion. As(mum and dad) investors, we need to keep looking at both side of the road as we cross.
