Capital Mining (ASX:CMY) is poised to reveal details of an acquisition, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.
Last month the company raised over $2.1 million through a placement, comprising $1.2 million cash subscriptions and $954,000 creditor payments.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 9th March 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
