June 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Monday:
** Dutch technology investor Prosus NV PRX.AS , PRXJn.J announced it will gradually sell down its massive stake in Tencent 0700.HK , reversing a pledge to retain the holding for a couple of years and knocking shares in the Chinese tech giant
** Britain's CareTech CTH.L has agreed to be bought by a consortium led by its co-founders for about 870.3 million pounds ($1.1 billion) as the social care services firm opts for its founders' experience to steer the ship over a rival bidder
** Australian online auto classifieds firm Carsales.com Ltd (CAR) said it acquired the remaining 51% stake in U.S.-based Trader Interactive for $809 million, a year after buying 49% in the Virginia-based online advertising company (([email protected]; Twitter: https://twitter.com/rithika_krishna;))
