On 4/8/20, they announced the Kookynie deal, with all the agreement details.
Nothing here was hidden or illegal.
The terms of every deal are there for all to see and investors can invest accordingly.
If you think a fee of $350k cash and 87.5m shares which all up equates to about $1m for 80% of 21km2 in the Kookynie mineralised corridor is expensive, then that's your prerogative.
IMHO, especially following the last round of AC results, I reckon it is turning out to be a bloody bargain.
But each to their own.
