When was the last time he promoted the company actively publicly (using his status) other than the odd throw away line on twitter?
Sure he might be doing stuff behind the scenes but surely you'd want to be pretty visible when you have a lot of options that could vest and be exercised if the SP was more reflective of where CAY is at?
My 2 cents. You can call it nonsense all you like, I'm calling it how I see it until there is evidence that changes my views.
