My recollection from quite some time ago, when Tolga went on site, was that his comment was that a rail solution was needed before anything practical could happen. I guess that still stands as a perceptive observation, albeit, allegedly, they are closer to resolving this, at least for stage 1.
You've reminded me that my query to the company on why at least the first 50% of Tolga's options have not been 'vested' yet, remains unanswered. Come on, some of you have Phil's ear - just bloody ask the question.
