”the issue of a further 5,000,000 Shares to be issued upon the earlier of 24 months following the issue of the Milestone A Shares or the execution of the final mining convention on the Minim Martap Project and subject to a 12 month voluntary escrow period (Milestone C Shares)”
I recall that the 12 month escrow was negotiated prior to the 2019 AGM and agreed to by Altus, a joint effort by PIG and some broker in Perth. This was to avoid another embarrassing sellout by our Chairman’s company straight after they’d sold the last tranche
