People are saying the convention is not a license and a permit is still required.
Maybe in Australia that language makes sense. But this is Cameroon. And no one on HC knows the Cameroon process for the govt to hand out the ability to mine.
From what I've seen a convention is equivalent to a licence. And the permit is a formality to let the games begin.
So people who are saying a MC is prior to a ML... What information are you using to justify this?
