Thanks for the feedback hudathunkit. I went to IBRK in parallel because of a CommSec Pershing issue a few years ago with some OS shares. I found IBRK to be good and agree re IBRK difficult phone support. Dealing in writing is my preference anyway. I am not sure what, if anything CommSec is adding to the process. I suppose I will look at both in parallel for a while. If fees are the same then CommSec middle man shouldn't hurt. But if they don't have higher fees then I wonder what CommSec is getting out of it? I have also tried IBRK for ASX shares and this seems to work well too so the option could be to switch ASX and OS shares into IBRK?
