I think we in for stagflation, or possibly runaway if they keep printing

poor productivity / efficiency from young labour force, complied with retiring skilled Labor - mixed with supply constraints dependence on overseas manufacturing.

rates have to go up harder, but most Aussies already at breaking point, wage growth feeds inflation, it's hard to see how things don't runaway - unless people literally tighten belts by going without, and stagnate the economy whilst becoming more efficient and productive - how does this unwind

it's like western economies are being assasinated by TikTok and chip shortages - without a single bullet fired we are loosing the ability to affoard a comfortable lifestyle off our own efforts, we need govenrment hand outs, has democracy left us all with expensive freedom and the illusion that what we think or feel makes a difference? politicians and globals doing fine, in fact better every year, citizen free of tyranny but enslaved by debt. the only answer as a policy maker is to run the printing press - or Let people slim up a bit
