    That is a overly pessimistic view... if 80% of loans go default. The economy will go into one massive recession if not a depression and whatever jobs the vast majority of people on this forum have will disappear to nothing. As they say some people like to see the world burn...

    I agree with previous sentiments, we have an incredibly strong banking system in this country which will no doubt influence how we get through and recover from the current 'status quo'. Is this the time to buy, only time will tell.... if a cure or even a whiff of a cure is released within the next week, you can sure life will go back to normal within a blink of an eye. Alternatively if no cure, and pandemic panic sets, who knows how low this and everything could go.

    Just my humble opinion..
