As ART is a profit-for-members Superannuation provider I assume that it would not be paying any consideration to CBA for taking on this CBA staff fund - rather the benefit to CBA would be to take responsibility for this fund off its books (and for CBA staff superannuation the benefit would arise from being part of a larger fund, with presumably lower costs and wider investment options).
Does this analysis make sense?
