I am not an investor and i saw that as.well. and yes you are right the management clearly did not want to engage with the shareholders undue haste in the whole process In times like these you need to actively engage with your stakeholders and reassure them that everything is fine and tell them what is going on and how they are managing the company not treat them like mushrooms. !!!! Actions like this go to the core of corporate governance ,transparency and disclosure !!!! As to why they did it maybe they dont want to have to answer the questions that investors want to know. or dont have the answers or be questioned in any detail !!!! What ever the reason doesnt look good
