    Ha, what garbage from this company! So are management seriously thinking existing SH’s that have already been taken for a ride are going to apply for further pain at $1.50 per share when the SP is under a dollar with a long way further to fall.
    Expect an announcement dumping the SPP shortly.

    This has been a total mismanagement of government and council funds. IMO
