Debt & Equity, if nothing given to shareholders then values ten below $200M. I think this is too cheap and there could be some cash for the equity. It might seem ridiculous but 50c per share is not out of the question.
I prefer that the guarantor fees are paid out than converted to shares which would only further dilute the company.
Third party buyer. I prefer this as more likely to be a fair value offer than allowing Murdoch to proceed with acquisition via administrators.
Lets see what is put on the table.
Collective guarantor fees are about $35M so I do not think murdoch and co will walk away with only about $10 million after all the money they poured in.
