SYDNEY, Sept 19 (Reuters) - CBS Corp has raised its bid for Australia's Ten Network Holdings Ltd (TEN), a spokesman for the U.S. broadcaster said on Tuesday.

"Yes, we have increased our bid," the CBS spokesman said in an email after the Australian Financial Review reported that the U.S. giant had offered a higher price for the bankrupt television broadcaster ahead of a meeting of creditors on Tuesday.
