Central Bank of Kansas City recently spun off their Banking as a Service division named Central Payments.

CBKC already has several card programs in the market that are processed by other payment processors.
One of their larger programs is a card named Payactiv that is processed by Fiserv.

Since CBKC was interested enough to work with Change back in 2020 to take on a small card program, maybe it will happen again with the spinoff company Central Payments, since they now have a much more flexible product offering with Vertexon. Or they might need the Paysim testing software.

The share price move could just be a few people picking up some shares before the quarterly report.
CCA might have more news related to the already signed customers or hopefully getting close to being licensed in Australia.
