    March 2 (Reuters) - Carbon Conscious Ltd (CCF) :

    • Sale of New Zealand assets for NZ$3.6 million (CCF)
    • Says assets sold include Freehold land, plantations, forestry rights and

      Carbon credits or nzu's

    • Entered into an unconditional sale agreement for its New Zealand assets for

      NZ$3.6 million

    • Funds from the New Zealand sale will be utilised to pay out all remaining

      debt of A$1.3 million
