CCA sells to merchants, but has none in its Leadership. Like MYR, lot's of good people, just no retail nous. As a longstanding CCA customer, I well remember several CCA executives left and have done great things since. Why don't they check in on the alumni from 2008-2010 and have a talk with them? Not hard, I just found two on LinkedIn in 3 minutes.
