Feb 15 (Reuters) - Coca-Cola Amatil (CCL) said on Monday that Coca-Cola Co's European bottler raised its takeover offer by around 6% to A$9.93 billion ($7.70 billion) after some shareholders called for it to be improved.
Coca-Cola European Partners PLC CCEPC.L is now offering A$13.5 per share in cash that the Australian bottler backs and says is final. CCEP in October had offered A$12.75 a share.
